Distillerie Puyjalon

Located in Havre-St-Pierre on the North Shore, Puyjalon is the easternmost and northernmost of the distilleries in Quebec. In keeping with the adventurous spirit of Henry de Puyjalon, we wish to reflect the richness of the Nordic north-coastal environment overflowing with aromas, flavors, and character in our products distilled with passion and know-how. Since 2018, we have been thinking about and carrying out innovative projects. Our motto? Get off the beaten track and explore. For us, development goes through innovation and a concern for a job well done.
